Cancellation?

We do not accept cancellation or modification of orders.

Delivery?

Our deliveries span most of Klang Valley.

Our deliveries are between 10am to 4pm. P/S We can't promise specific time slots.

Each of our freshly made creations is hand-delivered with care through a dedicated third-party provider.

Please ensure accuracy in delivery details. We are not responsible for any misinformation provided and do not accept liability for incorrect deliveries.

Should there be any hiccups with the delivery due to misinformation or reasons beyond our reasonable control, a re-delivery can be arranged at an extra cost.

Gluten Free?

Oops, we are currently bounded by gluten. We may craft gluten-free creations in the future, bringing them to life when the time is right.

Halal?

Our creations are made using halal ingredients in a halal kitchen.

Message?

We're happy to include a complimentary gift message - simply provide your note at checkout, and we'll take care of the rest.

Nut Free?

Our apologies as no creation at Humane Atelier can be considered as totally nut free.

Pre-Order?

Spot on! We craft exclusively on a pre-order basis, in small batches with a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Refund?

We do not refund orders cancelled or modified.

Storage?

Since all our creations are made without artificial preservatives and additives, we suggest enjoying them on the same day for best flavour.
